We are starting to monitor the transparency of spending from Recovery Funds. It will take place with the cooperation of organisations and researchers from 11 countries in Central and Eastern Europe.  We have already started conducting methodological workshops for monitoring participants.

Thanks to the National Endowment For Democracy we will look at what and how the information on RRF spending is published. We will share results in April 2023, so keep an eye on us.
